Vivere
Lecce
Between baroque façades, lively streets, and the typical rhythm of southern Italy, Lecce reveals itself in perhaps its most authentic form — vibrant, warm, and full of Italian atmosphere.
Vivere Lecce is a varied drive around the historic old town in an open 1968 Fiat Cinquecento Cabriolet together with a private chauffeur.
The tour combines some of the city’s most characteristic places with the unique driving experience of the classic Cinquecento.
The route passes, among other places, the ancient city gates, along Via XXV Luglio with views of the rear side of the baroque Palazzo dei Celestini, and by Castello Carlo V.
Depending on traffic and personal preference, the drive may also include areas around Piazza Mazzini — Lecce’s modern centre from the 1960s — or pass by the Palace of Justice, a striking example of Italian brutalist architecture.
Rather than following a fixed sightseeing schedule, the experience becomes a lively journey through different sides of the city:
historic Lecce, modern Lecce, and everyday Italian life in between.
During a short photo stop, guests also receive a small Polaroid picture as a memory of the drive.
